System design
Boundri maintains compliance by continuously monitoring authoritative sources. Changes to jurisdiction boundaries and tax rules are ingested, versioned, and kept fully traceable for audit and review.
Each address is resolved to geographic coordinates, then evaluated against compiled jurisdictional boundary data to determine the applicable tax.
Processing is session based by design. Customer data is not retained after execution.
SOC 2 Type II compliance is in progress. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with restricted access and execution-level logging.
